Contract Support

A prerequisite for Contract Support from Power Systems Consulting, is to conduct a full analysis of your current system and the installation of hardware which will provide us with the ability to remotely maintain your system.
We will speak with you and your users, identify existing problems and recommend solutions. Power Systems will conduct a site survey and system evaluation of your server, workstation, and desktop computer assets. We will make recommendations for upgrades of hardware, software, and infrastructure if required.
Upon completion of any required upgrades, we can then establish a level of support that will be needed to maintain your systems. We offer 24/7/365 monitoring with quick response remote assistance. User assistance is also available via telephone and email. On-site visits performed as required.
We will work with you to determine the best cost effective support solution for you and your organization.
